Fees and charges policy

Council supported a proposed Fees and Charges Policy to ensure user fees are set fairly, transparently, and consistently. It aims to align costs with those who benefit from services, easing reliance on property taxes.

Montana’s Brier review

Council heard an update about the impact of the 2025 Montana’s Brier, which attracted more than 89,000 spectators, including 36 per cent from out of Kelowna. Overall, the Brier generated a local economic impact of $15,200,744.00 with 121 jobs supported in Kelowna.
