Irrigation Renewal is an annual program that receives allocated funding each year for the replacement and upgrading of aging irrigation systems in parks, landscape areas, and civic properties.   East Kelowna Ball Fields, Ben Lee Park and Rotary Beach have been identified as the next three sites for renewal.
