Anchor Park (Ellis Plaza) has been redesigned as a welcoming gateway to the City's Cultural District - a vibrant six block area featuring cultural venues, galleries, theaters, museums, and public art. This plaza beautification project has been thoughtfully coordinated with other entry points to create a cohesive and inviting experience for residents and visitors. 

The design emphasizes practical, utility-friendly landscaping that blends seamlessly with the existing surroundings. Plant selections reflect similar species and colour palettes used in recent improvements to downtown medians and boulevards, helping to create a unified and attractive corridor.
