Help improve Kelowna’s digital services
We’re inviting Kelowna residents to participate in a round of feedback to help shape the City of Kelowna’s online services experience. Your feedback is essential to ensure the new system is easy to use before we launch it.
There are two ways to participate. In both formats, you’ll be asked to try out new features and share your thoughts. Your feedback will help us identify what works—and what doesn’t.
- Self-guided sessions: If you choose this option, you will complete tasks online on your own time (approx. 60 minutes). You will need to join the session from a desktop computer that has a mic to record talking through the questions and task provided.
- Guided sessions: If you’d prefer this option, you will have a one-on-one video call with our research consultant (approx. 60 minutes). You will need to join the call from a desktop computer that can screenshare. You will meet over Microsoft Teams—no special software required. We will ask for your consent to record the session, but that’s completely optional. All recordings are confidential and used only for research purposes.
