Temporary one-way traffic on Lakeshore Rd. between Lanfranco Rd. and Richter St.

Starting Monday, May 4, Lakeshore Rd. between Lanfranco Rd. and Richter St. will be one-way until project completion in July. Northbound traffic will detour via Richter St. 

A temporary pathway will be in place in the northbound lane for pedestrians and cyclists to safely move through the construction zone. 

The Lakeshore Road improvement project upgrades underground water and storm systems while adding bike lanes, landscaping and road improvements to improve safety and travel. The new bike lanes will create a continuous route linking Casorso Rd. with the Abbott/Watt multi‑use path. 

Please abide by safety personnel instructions, posted construction signage and fencing to ensure everyone’s safety while commuting through the area.
