Overnight closures on K.L.O. Road from Como Road to Leader Road

Beginning Sunday, August 17 to Thursday, August 21, K.L.O. Road will be closed overnight between Como Road and Leader Road from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. A detour will be in place via Fisher Road.

Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians can expect delays and may wish to choose other routes when possible. Access to the closed section of K.L.O. will be limited to residents of the area.

This work is part of the K.L.O. Road Bridge Replacement project, which includes replacing the K.L.O. bridge, improving the surrounding area, and installing a roundabout. These upgrades will help improve traffic flow, increase intersection safety, and support active transportation options—ensuring a safe and reliable connection to Southeast Kelowna.

Please abide by safety personnel instructions, posted construction signage and fencing to ensure everyone’s safety while commuting through the area.
