K.L.O. Rd. from Leader Rd. to Hall Rd. single lane alternating for paving
Traffic Advisory
Starting Saturday, Nov. 8, until Sunday, Nov. 16, K.L.O. Road will be reduced to single lane alternating traffic for paving between Leader Road and Hall Road, weather permitting. Motorists, cyclists and pedestrians can expect significant delays and may wish to choose other routes when possible.
The lane reduction is required to allow paving for the K.L.O. Road Bridge replacement project. The project includes bridge replacement, area improvements, and roundabout installation to enhance traffic flow, safety, and active transportation options.
Paving work must take place during the day because overnight temperatures are too cold for proper application.
Please abide by safety personnel instructions, posted construction signage and fencing to ensure everyone’s safety while commuting through the area.
The City of Kelowna and onsite crews appreciate your patience during construction and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
