Road, transit impacts at Mission Rec Exchange Saturday

The Kelowna Kids Triathlon will be held on Saturday, July 27. The swim will take place at the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre, with the bike and running courses on closed roads around Mission Recreation Park. For race information and route details, visit kelownatriathlonclub.com. 

To accommodate the event, the front access road and traffic circle loop in front of MNP Place and the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre will be closed from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. Additionally, a portion of Lequime Road behind MNP Place will be closed to accommodate the race course.  

As there will be no transit access in front of H2O, a portion of the parking lot in front of MNP Place will be closed to accommodate the temporary transit exchange area. Exit from the facility parking lot onto Gordon Drive will be directed via Lequime Road only.
