Celebrate Mental Health Week with a free, family-friendly morning at Stuart Park on Thursday, May 7, and join Kelowna’s first responders for the 4th annual First Responders Mental Health Games. 

The Kelowna Fire Department, RCMP, Emergency Health Services, and Bylaw Services will go head-to-head in fun, friendly competitions to promote mental health, teamwork, and well-being for first responders and our community.

Date: Thursday, May 7  

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Location: Stuart Park (Ice Rink) – 1430 Water Street  

Community members of all ages are welcome to cheer on the teams, explore emergency service vehicles, visit information booths, and meet safety mascots. Whether you’re there to watch the action, learn more about mental wellness, or enjoy time with family and friends, it’s a great way to support those who help keep Kelowna safe.
