Reminder: Property taxes due July 2
Public Service Announcement
Property taxes are due Thursday, July 2. To avoid the non‑discretionary 10 per cent late payment penalty, be sure to claim your B.C. home owner grant if eligible and pay your property taxes before the deadline.
With City Hall closed on July 1 for Canada Day, property owners are encouraged to pay early and allow time for their bank to process the payment.
Ways to pay
There are several convenient payment options:
- Online banking
- Telephone banking
- In person at your bank
- Property Account at billing.kelowna.ca
- Cheque drop box at City Hall
- In person at City Hall (be mindful of lineups and the holiday closure)
Paying by credit card? A 2.8 per cent processing fee will apply.
