Add bills to your Property Account

Add your utility, property tax, and business licence bills to your Property Account to view them anytime, anywhere. It only takes a few simple steps.

Add your Utility Bill
  1. Login to your Property Account at billing.kelowna.ca.
  2. Click "Add Utility Account."
  3. Enter the Account Number and Access Code found on your bill (see sample bill).
  4. Select "eBilling" to go paperless.
  5. Click "Register".
  6. Select your utility account to view bills. 

Utility bills are issued every two months and must be paid within 25 days to avoid late fees. Learn more. 

Add your Property Tax Bill
  1. Login to your Property Account at billing.kelowna.ca.
  2. Click "Add Tax Account."
  3. Enter the Tax Folio Number and Access Code found on the front of your Property Tax Notice (see sample notice). Your Access Code is unique to you.
  4. Select "eBilling" to go paperless.
  5. Click "Register".
  6. Select your tax account to view bills.

Property tax bills are issued in May and must be paid by July 2 to avoid late fees. Learn more.

Add your Business Licence Bills
  1. Login to your Property Account at billing.kelowna.ca
  2. Click "Add Business Account."
  3. Enter the Account Number and Access Code found on your business licence invoice or renewal notice. Your Access Code is unique to you.
  4. Select "eBilling" to go paperless.
  5. Click "Register".
  6. Select your business account to view bills.

Business licence renewal notices are issued in December and must be paid by January 15 to avoid late fees. Learn more.


Pay bills inside your Property Account

You can pay your utility, property tax, and business licence bills by credit card inside your Property Account. A non-refundable fee of 2.8% applies to credit card payments as per the City’s Miscellaneous Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 12794.

To avoid the credit card fee, pay by other methods through your bank or at City Hall. Explore all payment options online at:
