Empower yourself: attend a free workshop to learn how to improve your home energy efficiency

Ready to save money, boost your home’s performance, and help reduce emissions – but not sure where to begin? Join the City of Kelowna, Home Energy Navigator Program, and BC Youth Climate Corps for a free workshop packed with expert tips on energy retrofits, rebates, heating and cooling upgrades, EnerGuide home evaluations, and more.
The workshop is open to all Kelowna residents and may especially be of interest to people living in older homes and those who are considering an upgrade to their space heating and cooling system.
Registration is required as space is limited, with event details as follows:
- Date: Wednesday, January 21
- Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Location: Downtown Kelowna Library - 1380 Ellis St.
- Registration: Complete the registration form to reserve your space.
- A certified energy advisor will be giving a presentation and will be available to answer participants’ energy retrofit questions. There will also be free take-home items available to support the initial steps in making participants’ homes more energy efficient. Don’t miss this chance to learn how to enhance your home’s energy efficiency.
The Home Energy Navigator Program is a City-sponsored program focused on helping residents improve their home energy efficiency and support climate action.
