Neighbourhood Association Affiliation Program Council received a report on the Neighbourhood Association Pilot Program, which began in 2023 and is set to conclude in 2025. The program has achieved key milestones, including a 117 per cent increase in membership, 29 new events with up to 300 attendees, improved local awareness and survey results showing 83 per cent of respondents felt it strengthened relationships. A proposal to continue the initiative is included in the 2026 preliminary budget for review by Council.

10-Year Capital Plan Council adopted the 10-Year Capital Plan (2026 – 2036), which forecasts a $2.82 billion investment in infrastructure to renew aging assets, support growth and enhance community services. Seventy nine per cent of investment is directed toward maintaining services and renewing assets and 21 per cent is allocated for enhancing services.
