Come meet your neighbours

Whether you’re after family-friendly activities or adult social nights, Strong Neighbourhoods brings people together through free events that spark connection and belonging.

What should I bring?

Most events are outdoors in the summer, so come prepared with your sun‑smart essentials—hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle—plus a blanket or lawn chair to get comfy. Feel free to pack a picnic too, especially since some events line up perfectly with dinner time!

Will events happen rain or shine?

The health and safety of our guests and staff is a top priority. That’s why:

  • we may shorten or cancel events during extreme heat, poor air quality, or storms.
  • we cannot set up inflatables above 32°C or in rain or high winds.
