Walrod Area Sanitary Catchment Realignment - Phase 4B

Phase 4B, Crowley Ave, is part of the greater Walrod Area Sanitary Catchment Realigment Project. This project will continue in 2027 with the installation of new sanitary sewer main in Crowley Ave. This is part the last phase of multi-year project which redirect the sanitary flows within the local catchment from the Guy Street lift station to the Brandt’s Creek Lift Station at Ethel St and Weddell Pl to promote a more balanced flow pattern for the local sanitary system. Businesses along the new main alignment will receive new sanitary services to their property line.
