Walrod Area Sanitary Catchment Realignment - Phase 4A

Phase 4A, Walrod Lane, is part of the greater Walrod Area Sanitary Catchment Realigment Project. This project will continue in 2027 with the installation of new sanitary sewer main within the lane between Walrod St and Jones St. This is the last phase of multi-year project which redirect the sanitary flows within the local catchment from the Guy Street lift station to the Brandt’s Creek Lift Station at Ethel St and Weddell Pl to promote a more balanced flow pattern for the local sanitary system. Residences along the new main alignment will receive new sanitary services to their property line.
