Spall Road Improvements - Phase 2

Construction on Spall Road between Bernard Avenue and Highway 97 is underway and expected to continue through November 2026. The project includes road reconstruction, underground utility upgrades, new sidewalks, streetlights, traffic signals, paving, and landscaping, with work completed in phases.

As construction progresses, pedestrians, cyclists, and motorists can expect temporary detours, lane reductions, delays, and intermittent access restrictions. These upgrades support the redevelopment of Parkinson Recreation Centre and other nearby infrastructure projects, improving safety, connectivity, and transportation capacity for future growth.
