Richter Street Urbanization (KLO Rd to Sutherland Ave)

This project includes the full urbanization of Richter Street between KLO Rd and Sutherland Ave. Features of the scope include new sidewalk, curb & gutter, enhanced stormwater system and upgrades to the existing watermain. The project will be completed in phases with the expected buildout timeline as follows:

Raymer Ave to Rose Ave - 2027 construction
Rose Ave to Sutherland Ave - 2028 construction
KLO Rd to Raymer Ave - 2028 construction
