Installation of a total of 1,300 m of 1200 mm diameter sewer trunk along Burtch Rd (at Byrns Rd) to the existing 1200 mm trunk main stubbed off at Raymer Ave and Gordon Dr.
The project will be split into two phases. Phase 1 along Burtch Rd to Raymer will be constructed in 2026 as part of the Burtch Rd extension project. Phase 2 from Burtch Rd to Gordon Dr through Sunrise Village is tentatively planned for construction in 2027.
