This project will oversee the design and construction of a new stormwater outfall and lift station at Bluebird Beach Park. The existing corrugated metal outfall pipe into Okanagan Lake has inadequate cover within the swimming zone and poses a safety risk for beachgoers. Additionally, the existing storm lift station in the park also requires equipment upgrades to better serve its catchment.
