Final week to take the Downtown Transportation Review survey

Downtown residents, commuters and visitors: make your voice heard before engagement closes on March 15! Take a short survey about how you move around downtown and how several key streets, including Ellis St., Pandosy St., Lawrence Ave., Leon Ave. and Water St., can support future transportation activities. The survey is available at getinvolved.kelowna.ca.

We’re reviewing the Downtown Urban Centre transportation network to support growth, as more people live, work and spend time in the area. This work builds on Transportation Master Plan and looks at how downtown streets function together as a connected network, helping future upgrades continue to contribute to safer travel, improved access and more vibrant public spaces as downtown evolves.

To keep downtown welcoming and easy to get around, more trips will need to shift to biking, walking, transit, or shared rides, while also ensuring businesses have the access they need for deliveries and services.
