Mail ballot requests open (via mail)
October is election time.
Mail-in voting is available for those unable to attend in person. Submit an online request (available August 2026), or visit the Office of the City Clerk in person at City Hall, 2nd floor (starting September 2026).
If your application is accepted, a mail ballot package will be prepared for pick-up at City Hall (August 13-14), or mailed to you upon request.
Ballots must be received by the Chief Election Officer by 8 p.m. on October 17. Using Canada Post to return your ballot? The last day for mail delivery is Friday, October 16, so plan ahead.
