Patterson Avenue Urbanization, Richter to Ethel

This project focuses on the urbanization of 400 m of Patterson Avenue between Richter Street and Ethel Street. Work is expected to include adding curb and gutter, sidewalk, stormwater management infrastructure, and other road improvements. The project will also oversee the replacement of the existing cast iron watermain which has reached the end of its serviceable life.
The project is currently in the early planning and design stage. More information will be provided as design progresses, including expected timing, scope of construction, and impacts to residents, businesses, and road users.
