This project consists of the design and construction of a new stormwater outfall pipe and lift station at Bluebird Beach Park in Kelowna. The existing corrugated metal outfall into Okanagan Lake has inadequate cover within the swimming zone and therefore poses a safety risk for beachgoers. The existing storm lift station in the park also requires a full replacement to better serve its catchment.
