Phase 3 of the Walrod Area Sanitary Catchment Realigment Project will continue in 2026 with the installation of new sanitary sewer main within the neighbourhood. This multi-year project will redirect the sanitary flows within the local catchment from the Guy Street Lift Station to the Brandt’s Creek Lift Station on Ethel St at Weddell Pl to promote a more balanced flow pattern for the local sanitary system.

Residences along the new main alignment will also receive new sanitary services to the property line.
