Housing Dashboard
Welcome to Kelowna's Housing Dashboard
Housing is one of the most essential and influential aspects of our lives. It affects our well-being, our opportunities, our environment, and our economy. However, it can be challenging to understand Kelowna's complex and dynamic housing system. That is why we created the Housing Data Dashboard, a publicly accessible platform that provides reliable and up-to-date information on various housing indicators, such as new home construction, prices, rents, vacancies, and housing targets.
The dashboard allows users to explore, compare, and visualize housing data over time. By tracking housing data, we can gain insights into the current and future trends of the housing market, identify the challenges and opportunities, and inform the policies and decisions that affect housing outcomes for everyone.
