A site specific Text Amendment application to reduce the parking requirements in the RM6 zone to 0.8 -1.25 spaces per unit (bachelor), 0.9 - 1.25 spaces per unit (1 bedroom) and 1.00 - 1.5 spaces per unit (2 or more bedrooms), and to reduce the required setbacks in the front yard from 6.0 m to 0.0 and the rear yard from 9.0 m to 5.0 m to accommodate future buildings.
