Pay Transparency Report
As required by the Province’s Pay Transparency Act for employers with over 1000 employees, the City's Pay Transparency Report offers a snapshot of staff gender and compensation data. It highlights pay disparities faced by women and non-binary employees and aims to drive improvements. The report includes data on gender, salary, hours worked, bonus pay, overtime pay, and overtime hours worked by City employees in the previous calendar year.
