2026 Holiday hours
City Hall and several offices will be closed from December 25 to January 1, reopening Monday, January 4. Please note that Parkinson Recreation Centre, the Glenmore Landfill, and Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery will have adjusted holiday hours. For full details on holiday schedules, please check service hours in advance to avoid surprises

Services 24/7
Essential services will continue throughout the holidays, including 24/7 response from Fire and Police, with Bylaw Services and Civic Operations available for urgent needs. For everything else, residents can access more than 100 City services anytime online, from payments to permits and more.
