How to prepare to apply:

Prepare the following materials:

• Scaled architectural drawings including Site Plan, Floor Plan, Elevations, Roof Design (if the scaled plans are greater than 11x17, hard copies are required).
• Certificate of Title (current within 30 days) as well as any covenants, easements and right-of-ways
• Structural & Geotechnical schedules and drawings (Schedule B, D & Insurance), if applicable
• Strata consent, if applicable

For more information, please review:

• Submissions of full sized paper copies of plans will be accepted at City Hall (2nd Floor, attn "Application Centre").
• A separate application is required for each building.
• Building permit application fees will be emailed to you with a link to pay online, payment of the fee is a required part of a complete application.
