Zoning Bylaw
Bylaw No.:
12375
The Zoning Bylaw governs land use and the form, siting, height, and density of all development within the City boundaries to provide for the orderly development of the community and to avoid conflicts between incompatible uses. The Bylaw divides the City into residential, commercial, agricultural, institutional, industrial, and other zones. Each of these zones has its own specific regulations. Check out the Kelowna Map Viewer to view zoning and land use throughout the city.
If you are seeking a copy of the repealed Zoning Bylaw No 8000 (Kelowna's former Zoning Bylaw), please contact the Office of the City Clerk.
