About the Park

Glenmore Recreation Park is one of Kelowna’s most anticipated new recreation parks with multi-phased, multi-year development underway. The initial phases of the 11.5-hectare park are complete featuring two sports fields, a fenced off-leash dog park, a cricket pitch, a parking lot, and a stormwater detention pond.

Future Park Plans

Glenmore Recreation Park will play a vital role as a community and recreation-level park supporting active sports and events as well as community and wellness-based recreation and connection. Residents and local students helped to inspire the design and functionality of key elements of the park through community engagement. The park is under ongoing development with many future phases and amenities to come, including:
