Beginner Biking Program - Trailer Option - Thursday 10:30 AM (Jul 9 - Aug 27)

This program will get you riding around the paved loop behind Parkinson Rec Centre. This is a learn to ride program for individuals who are able to pedal and steer a bike. Build confidence and skills while biking outdoors with friends—enjoy fresh air, fun, and a focus on safety every ride! All clients must be able to remain with the group and not be at risk of wandering. Support staff are asked to stay and support during the class.
