Qigong by the Lake - Monday 6:45 PM (May 26 - Jun 23)
Practise Qigong outside, right on the shore of Okanagan Lake, weather permitting. (All abilities welcome! Chairs are available as all exercises can be done in standing or sitting position). Expect to practise gentle movements, deepen your breathing, limber up and get more flexible as well as relaxed, experience increased circulation, balance and energy and feel peace and calm as well as joy.
