With rear-door boarding mandated until at least April 20, 2020, Kelowna Regional Transit customers who have a March and/or April pass should keep their pass(es) as they will be eligible for credit, available at Kelowna City Hall, toward a future transit pass once normal operations have resumed. Refunds will not be issued.
