Change of business ownership

Have you recently purchased a business? Please use this form to apply for a business licence change of ownership. 

Please note: a change of ownership is much like a new business licence application and may trigger new inspections as well as approval from other agencies such as Interior Health, The Fire Department, etc. depending on the nature of your business. 

There is a $50 non-refundable charge for all change of ownership applications.

If you are not the business owner, an owner's authorization form must be uploaded with this application.
