City Park - Cold Sands Beach Mobile Food Concessions (2)

The City of Kelowna is seeking for May 15-Sept 15 2019-2021; two contractors to operate two food concession spots in City Park, Cold Sands Beach.

An optional information session will be held on February 6,2019 at 1:30pm at City Hall, 4th floor, in the Layer CakeMountain Meeting Room . Registration for this optional meeting is required. Please send an email to [email protected] to register.

Sealed Submissions clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the words “Mobile Food Concession” will be received at the Office of the Property Manager, 1435 Water Street, Kelowna, BC up until 3pm, local time, February 14, 2019. The Submissions will not be opened publicly.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, to waive defects in any Submission documents and to accept any Submission or offer which it may consider to be in the best interest of the City. The lowest, or any Submission or offer will not necessarily be accepted.
