Description: Bird Construction Group is pleased to announce the release of Tender Package 2C (TP2C) for the new Parkinson Recreational Centre project. This tender package includes:
• Concrete formwork and concrete placing
• Concrete reinforcing
• Concrete supply
• Concrete pumping

Project Overview:
The project involves the construction of a new two-story Recreational Centre with a total area of 15,169 m². This facility will replace the existing Parkinson Recreation Centre and will be located at 1800 Parkinson Way, Kelowna, BC V1Y 4P9.
Outdoor Amenities:
The 19.4-hectare site will feature:
• Sports fields
• Courts
• Plazas
• Playgrounds
• Walking and cycling paths
Additionally, a new site entrance from Burtch Road and expanded parking facilities are included in the scope of work. Project closes Jun 26, 2025 2:00 PM PDT.
