Childminding - Tuesday 8:45 AM (Apr 1 - Jun 26)
Join a fitness class, go for a workout, swim or join your other child in a parent program. Childminding offers a loving, safe and fun atmosphere. Each visit will provide opportunities for social interaction, play time and creative opportunities. Maximum visit time in Childminding is one hour and 20 minutes and is based on a first come, first served basis. Open to children from six months to five years of age with room for eight children including space for up to two infants.Drop in only. $7 drop in/5 tickets for $30/10 tickets for $50.
Stay and Play PRC - Thursday 11:00 AM (Apr 3 - Jun 26)
Need a little extra time before or after a Playschool Progrm? This program gives you the extra time you need. The instructor will drop off or pick up your child for their playschool program. The play room will be filled with fun active things to do!

Adaptive Swim KIDS Stroke Progression - Friday 4:30 PM (Apr 25 - Jun 20)
Have fun while learning valuable swimming skills at your own pace. We have a low student to instructor ratio. Please register for the lesson best suited to the swimmer's ability not age. Regular attendance is expected.Fundamentals - Parent support is initially required in the water to assist their child. The instructor will discuss with the parent if their support is still needed as the lessons continue.Immersion - Parent support in the water may be required upon Instructor’s request.

Boccia & Indoor Curling - Friday 1:15 PM (Apr 4 - Jun 20)
Let's rock! Learn both boccia (similar to bocce) and the great Canadian sport of curling in this combined class. This is a highly interactive program with an emphasis on fun.
Intro to F.A.M.E (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) - Monday 1:00 PM (Jun 2 - Jun 26)
Intro to FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) is a community-based program for stroke survivors and is designed specifically and proven to improve fitness, mobility and strength. The small group class includes functional strength, agility and balance exercises. Suitable for people at any time after stroke who can stand for 5 minutes, walk for 10 metres (even with a walking aid), use the bathroom independently (or bring a caregiver) and communicate with the instructor.
