These are entry- level progressive tennis lessons are for kids that have had lessons in the past. Participants will require junior tennis racquets. The scaled-down tennis court and balls are adjusted to meet the developmental needs and the age of the child, offering more opportunity for fun and play on the courts. Focus will be on fun, coordination and developmental skills.

City of Kelowna proudly offers a licensed preschool based out of the Parkinson Recreation Centre.The preschool is led by qualified Early Childhood Educators who will guide your 3-5 year old as they prepare themselves for kindergarten. This play-based approach will help to get your child ready for school in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. Your child will enjoy arts, crafts, music and movement while still having plenty of time to practice basic literacy concepts with their ABCs and 123s. All participants must be toilet trained.

Pickleball is a net court game that uses light weight paddles and a plastic, perforated ball. You will develop eye-hand coordination, get some exercise and gross motor skill training. All equipment is provided.
