Adaptive Swim KIDS - Fundamentals - Friday 5:00 PM (Apr 25 - Jun 20)
Have fun while learning valuable swimming skills at your own pace. We have a low student to instructor ratio. Please register for the lesson best suited to the swimmer's ability not age. Regular attendance is expected.Fundamentals - Parent support is initially required in the water to assist their child. The instructor will discuss with the parent if their support is still needed as the lessons continue.Immersion - Parent support in the water may be required upon Instructor’s request.

Boccia & Indoor Curling - Friday 1:15 PM (Apr 4 - Jun 20)
Let's rock! Learn both boccia (similar to bocce) and the great Canadian sport of curling in this combined class. This is a highly interactive program with an emphasis on fun.
Qigong by the Lake - Monday 6:45 PM (May 26 - Jun 23)
Practise Qigong outside, right on the shore of Okanagan Lake, weather permitting. (All abilities welcome! Chairs are available as all exercises can be done in standing or sitting position). Expect to practise gentle movements, deepen your breathing, limber up and get more flexible as well as relaxed, experience increased circulation, balance and energy and feel peace and calm as well as joy. This progressive program will lead you through balance, mat and Pilates ball training and will leave you feeling energized and strong. All movements are connected to your core, allowing you to strengthen abdominal and back muscles. All levels are welcome.
My First Pilates Class - Friday 1:15 PM (May 23 - Jun 27)
Learn foundational Pilates principles and key exercises that support good postural alignment, competent core strength and mobile joint function. Be ready to breathe deeper, stand taller and feel more connected and balanced in your body. This program is not recommended for people with osteoporosis or osteopenia.
