Adult-Beginner - Wednesday 6:00 PM (Apr 30 - Jun 25)
For individuals with little to no experience in the water. Participants will learn basic swimming skills that promote comfort and relaxation. Submersion, breathing techniques, floats, glides, and kicking are the focus of this level.
Adult-Intermediate - Wednesday 6:45 PM (Apr 30 - Jun 25)
For individuals interested in further developing their front and back crawl, with a focus on technique and increased endurance. Participants will also be introduced to elementary back stroke and breast stroke. Prerequisites:Ability to swim 25 metres continuouslyAbility to demonstrate front and back crawl for a minimum of 10 metres Comfortable in deep water
