Tai Chi Chuan for Beginner/Repeater (24 Short Form) - Friday 9:20 AM (Apr 4 - Jun 13)

Tai Chi 24 Form is both a restorative and preventative martial art exercise that improves balance, fitness and flexibility as it gently stretches the muscles and tendons. Deep breathing helps us relax and become more focused. Known as “meditation in motion” the movements are mindful and continuous integrating mind and body.

Spin and Sculpt - Thursday 4:45 PM (Apr 10 - Jun 19)

A Spin and Strength class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines intense cardio cycling with strength training exercises. In the spin portion, participants ride stationary bikes through a series of sprints, hill climbs, and endurance drills set to motivating music. This boosts cardiovascular fitness, burns calories, and enhances endurance. The strength segment focuses on bodyweight exercises and free weights to target major muscle groups, building core stability, muscle tone, and overall strength.

SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all-abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Each class includes the perfect balance of high cardio and toning to ensure you receive a full-body workout with real results. Gournet Plant Based: Out of the Bowl Ramen - Thursday 6:00 PM (Jun 12 - Jun 12)

Out of the bowl Ramen with Spinach-Cilantro Sauce, Stir-fry Vegetables and Tempeh Asian recipes are the best for the plant-based cuisine, as they use the very source of protein that we use: tofu, tempeh, beans….Skill: Stir-frying and stir-fry versatility, other options to noodles (rice, cauliflower or root vegetable rice) and a sauce that you will use not only for ANY vegetable but for dressings, dips and more.. along with marinades for tempeh/tofu. We will emphasize the different components of a vegan menu (vegetable, protein, starch or starch substitute).

East Coast Swing - Tuesday 7:00 PM (Apr 8 - May 13)

Join us for a fun, upbeat class learning the basics of East Coast Swing. It is a slower version of Jive and therefore extremely adaptable with a wide range of tempos and foot rhythms. East Coast Swing is danced with a carefree style and most often with a lot of circular rotation. The various possible rhythms are excellent training for quick footwork and spontaneity. Once mastered, the Swing is fun and exciting to learn and practice. No previous dance experience required, singles and couples are welcome.
