Gentle Relaxation Yoga - Monday 7:15 PM (Apr 7 - Jun 9)
This class moves through a series of postures with a focus on breath and proper alignment. Beginning with breath work and warmup, moving our way through Hatha style poses and ending with a relaxing savasana - this class is designed for those who may be new to yoga and/or those looking to connect with body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.

The poses, or Asanas, are often adaptations of Hatha yoga. We will end the class with a short meditation and a quote for the day. This program is not suitable for those with osteopenia/osteoporosis.
