In this introductory class participants will gain a basic understanding of the underlying premises of traditional Asian healing arts such as Acupuncture, Acupressure and Jin Shin Jyutsu. What is going on in the human body when it is healthy and what ‘goes wrong’ when it is experiencing pain or disease? How can each of us take responsibility to help restore our health and wellbeing? Every class will devote a good amount of time to practising hands-on self care practices and you will go home with some options to practise at home.
