Rutland Recreation Park Fieldhouse Information Session 2019-04-03
16:00 to 18:00

The Central Okanagan Rugby Enthusiasts (CORE) have made a proposal to the City of Kelowna to raise money to build and operate a new fieldhouse in Rutland Recreation Park. The new building would replace the current changerooms and provide benefits for park users, including:

  • New team change rooms and public washrooms
  • Storage
  • Community gathering place (liquor license is being considered)
  • Field lighting

We would like to invite you to attend an information session for the potential development of the new fieldhouse. This session is for park users, residents and property owners in the neighbourhood around Rutland Recreation Park to learn about the potential project.

Representatives from the City of Kelowna and CORE will be on hand to share information and answer questions.

Date:                     Wednesday, April 3
Time:                    4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Location:             Rutland Arena Lobby, 645 Dodd Rd.

The development of Rutland Recreation Park Fieldhouse is subject to Council approval of the memorandum of understanding, CORE fundraising and the City’s standard development process.
