Aquafun is a lively water-based class where participants connect, move, and play. Guided by an instructor, the session includes water movements, games, exercises, and swimming skills in both the big and small pool—ending with a whirlpool warm-up. Participants needing assistance must attend with a support worker.

Support Worker-Cooking Lifestyles (2 hour) - Wednesday 10:30 AM (Apr 1 - Jun 17)
Support persons that will be attending the Cooking Lifestyles program with their client and will participate in the creating of the meal. They will also be included in enjoying the meal if they are signed up. If they are not planning to eat, they do not need to sign up. This paid spot is transferrable in case the same support person is unavailable each week.

This high-energy fitness class combines elements of martial arts with functional movement to build strength, coordination, and confidence. Using martial arts-inspired accessories, participants will engage in dynamic workouts that challenge both the body and mind.The program promotes discipline, resilience, and physical fitness in a fun and empowering environment suitable for all levels.
Adaptive Spin & Stretch - Wednesday 11:15 AM (Apr 1 - Jun 17)
This program combines low-impact cardio and flexibility training in a supportive, inclusive environment. The first half of the class features adaptive spin cycling to build cardiovascular endurance, followed by a guided stretch session to improve flexibility, balance, and relaxation.All exercises are modified to accommodate a range of abilities, making this class ideal for participants looking to improve fitness, mobility, and overall well-being at their own pace
