Watercolour and Drawing - Tuesday 6:30 PM (Apr 1 - May 27)

Learn a variety of skills and techniques through practical application. The first class will cover the basics of drawing with a step by step painting per class. This is a perfect class for beginner to intermediate artists.This class is designed to teach you the most techniques and skills in the shortest amount of time. Classes are kept small to allow for individual assistance and guidance to meet each student skill level. All supplies are included.

Intro to F.A.M.E (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) - Monday 1:00 PM (Jun 2 - Jun 26)

Intro to FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) is a community-based program for stroke survivors and is designed specifically and proven to improve fitness, mobility and strength. The small group class includes functional strength, agility and balance exercises. Suitable for people at any time after stroke who can stand for 5 minutes, walk for four metres (even with a walking aid) and communicate with the instructor.

Pilates and Yoga Fuzion - Friday 9:30 AM (Apr 11 - Jun 20)

The perfect balance of Pilates and yoga postures to encourage the development of strength and flexibility in the body. This progressive program will lead you through balance, mat and Pilates ball training and will leave you feeling energized and strong. All movements are connected to your core, allowing you to strengthen abdominal and back muscles. All levels are welcome.

Pilates and Yoga Fuzion - Tuesday 9:30 AM (Apr 8 - Jun 17)

The perfect balance of Pilates and yoga postures to encourage the development of strength and flexibility in the body.
