Parent & Tot 2 teaches toddlers how to play in the water safely! They’ll learn how to enter and exit the water with help from their parent/caregiver and will play games to encourage them to get their face wet and blow bubbles in the water. Toddlers will also develop floating and kicking skills with the support of their parent/caregiver.

Gentle Relaxation Yoga - Thursday 7:00 PM (Apr 9 - Jun 18)
This class moves through a series of postures with a focus on breath and proper alignment. Beginning with breath work and warmup, moving our way through Hatha style poses and ending with a relaxing savasana - this class is designed for those who may be new to yoga and/or those looking to connect with body, mind and spirit. All levels welcome.
Chair Yoga - Friday 11:15 AM (May 22 - Jun 26)
This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. We will start with a short meditation and breathing exercises before the practice. The poses, or Asanas, are often adaptations of Hatha yoga. We will end the class with a short meditation and a quote for the day. This program is not suitable for those with osteopenia/osteoporosis.

Yin and Restorative Yoga by the Lake - Wednesday 6:45 PM (Apr 8 - Jun 17)
The joy of yoga is experienced as lightness of heart and a sense of calm and deep relaxation and restoration while increasing flexibility, strength and balance. Learn foundational Hatha along with Restorative and Yin poses that benefit beginner and returning students alike. Enjoy a beautiful lake view, amazing sunsets and soft candlelight while you practice.
Hatha Yoga for Stress Release - Tuesday 5:15 PM (May 19 - Jun 23)
A gentle beginner Hatha style class that will complement any other activity and help develop flexibility, strength and balance. Yoga practice will help ease tension and melt away stress. Leave each class feeling calm, centered and replenished. Enjoy a beautiful lake view and soft candlelight while you practice. No previous yoga experience needed and all levels welcome. Adaptations will be made for any body type and condition.
