Flow Yoga at the Lake - Monday 5:00 PM (Jul 7 - Aug 18)
Find your centre and discover the true meaning of yoga. Precise technique of Vinyasa yoga postures are integrated into a smooth, tension-melting flow. Enjoy soothing music, candlelight and a beautiful lake view with amazing sunsets. This practice is designed to promote relaxation while improving overall fitness, health and well-being. Experimental Watercolours - Monday 6:00 PM (Jul 7 - Aug 18)
From soft & subtle to vibrant & brilliant, water colours offers an exciting experience with unpredictable results. This course will allow students to manipulate and enjoy this medium to achieve solutions to their artistic expressions. Several techniques are included for rendering different effects. All supplies included!
Hip Hop Move and Groove - Tuesday 6:00 PM (Jul 8 - Jul 29)
This introductory level Hip Hop class provides a method of learning various hip-hop dance movements in a fun-filled and vibrant environment. Children will work towards a final dance performance.
Karate Shotokan - Adult & Youth - All Levels - Wednesday 7:30 PM (Aug 13 - Aug 27)
Karate is great for self-defense, general fitness, or just build your self-confidence. This low-contact class will help you develop flexibility, coordination, fitness, and a variety of other mental and physical benefits. We believe in starting where you're at, and building off of that. Training both nights is recommended, but not mandatory.
