Free-Form Watercolours - for those with experience - Thursday 7:00 PM (Jul 9 - Aug 13)

This session is for people who already have a little experience with watercolor and would like to grow more confident in their painting. We will work on improving techniques like layering, light and shadow, and composition, while allowing space for personal creativity and expression. Individual guidance so each participant can develop their own style and enjoy the process of painting in a supportive environment. All supplies included.

Osteofitness - Tuesday 10:30 AM (Aug 4 - Sep 3)

Osteofit has been designed specifically for people with osteoporosis and low bone density who have been inactive and are looking for an introductory exercise program. It is safe for individuals who have had spinal fractures or who have broken their hip or other bones and is safe and gentle enough not to cause pain or injury even if you are not used to exercise. Taught by a certified Osteofit instructor. This program is appropriate for participants with Parkinson's disease and the general population.

Pilates and Yoga Fuzion - Friday 9:30 AM (Jul 10 - Aug 28)

The perfect balance of Pilates and yoga postures to encourage the development of strength and flexibility in the body. This progressive program will lead you through balance, mat and Pilates ball training and will leave you feeling energized and strong. All movements are connected to your core, allowing you to strengthen abdominal and back muscles. All levels are welcome.

Pilates and Yoga Fuzion - Tuesday 9:30 AM (Jul 7 - Aug 25)
